《中华医学会胃癌临床诊疗指南(2021版)》最近得到发布。其中最令人振奋的是继CTC被纳入肺癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌、前列腺癌、结直肠癌的指南和共识之后，CTC首次被纳入了胃肠临床诊断与治疗指南！该指南特别指出，胃癌CTC检测在指导用药、筛选适于靶向药物治疗患者、动态监测、疗效评估及预后、监测肿瘤复发等方面均有一定的指导作用。
